Established in 1975 by John P Whelan they are built to the same high standard, dedication and with the highest attention to detail set by J P Whelan 36 years ago.

Unlike many modern houses, Whelan Homes are designed and built with spacious interiors. Space is often utilised by building into the otherwise redundant roof space, ensuring maximum living space for dwellers.
